Fermented at controlled temperature (18°C).
TASTING NOTES
Attractive pale greenish yellow colour with lemony tones. Fruity bouquet with prominent white fruit notes set against a light citric background. It is balanced and fresh on the palate, with a long pleasant aftertaste.
HOW TO SERVE
Ideal for an appetizer and an excellent accompaniment for salads, fish, seafood, white meat and mild cheeses. Optimal serving temperature 7°C-9°C.
